Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) is a salt of the amino acid arginine and alpha-ketoglutaric acid. The components are intermediates in the metabolism of nitric oxides.

Just started. i take it one hour before work out and im pumped before i even hit my first set when Ive noticed it takes me about 3 sets to got my pump really good i haven't noticed any sides or increases in strength yet. I'll keep a up date on my progress and a better opinion the longer im on it.

i take the Jacked also but only 1 - 2 scoops i really like the combo of both compared from just taking jacked and taking 3 scoops at a time.

Ok so Ive been taking this along with the Jacked for the past 3 weeks and there is a very noticeable difference in the ability to push harder and longer than before and with less jacked. i really don't like the jittery feeling jacked gives me so im going less jacked and more A-AKG with that i would recommend it if you want to cut back on jacked and still be able to push hard and long you can get the same result.

Study from Baylor says it doesn't work.

Popular muscle-boosting pill does not up blood flow as it claims

well its already in jacked3d im not saying that the study is wrong but if you doubt it just because of that reason then you could never have your own input on it i think it has helped me so that all im saying. and im not knocking the study Ive been working out with it along with the jacked for 3 weeks and the study doesn't in my opinion test long enough i didn't see much in 7 days ether
