I am recently training with a partner again, and training heavy with H.I.T
I am thinking about adding glutamine for recovery since my protein powder doesn't have any. Any thoughts on this?
Also, i wanted to add CLA to help trim some of the fat off. I changed my cardio routine, and i am now doing cardio Sunday-Wednesday first thing in the morning for 45 minutes. I am fast walking and sometimes in the evenings my girl either wants to play tennis or walk around a lake. Weight is dipping under 210lbs but will still fluctuate between 209-212.
