anyone who uses it regularly notice if their body begins to adjust and it becomes slightly ineffective? I am just curious because when i first started using it, it was great. Now the benefit i feel most is my mind control thinking it is helping. Just wondering if you can adapt if you use it daily on workout days

Bouncer,i know you like to switch every 2 weeks but is that enough time for your body to not be accustomed? or you think a 3-4 week absence before switch that frequent is what the body would need? I will miss no-xplode,all the others taste terrible and every flavor of xplode tastes good to me

I notice about 10 -12 weeks and no Xplode dont give me that energy anymore take 2-3 weeks off and it seems to work again.
I also seem sensitive to it, I only take a heaping scoop never 2 or 3 scoops. and i start off at 3/4 of a scoop. works great for me at least

i have come to realize that. gotta remember who is that bodybuilding.com is made up of about 200 million 17 year old kids who would drink ketchup by the gallon if i told them it was a muscle builder.Originally posted by Scrumhalf View PostReviews on bb.com are worth less than the products they hawk.

Maybe not everyone knows this, but bb.com is first and foremost a supplement company. The fact that they run a forum under the same name, as far as I am concerned, fatally compromises the objectivity of anything product-related that I read on that site. For all I know, it may be a sales rep or his sock puppet posting glowing reviews of their products.

yea they are good in terms of the pricing on the supps and the fast shipping but the forums and reviews etc are meaningless.Originally posted by Scrumhalf View PostMaybe not everyone knows this, but bb.com is first and foremost a supplement company.
