    Have taken some time off from BB and looking to hit it hard again need to do a serious bulker, been stuck on a plateu for quite some time now. I have always been a hard gainer and have a fast metabolism...so I'm not to worried about fat or sugar content in weight gainers. I think the sugar would be necessary to spike insulin levels. I was thinking of trying the Serious Mass but was also looking at Muscle Juice 2600. Would like some input from some one whow has tried different gainers. I will be looking at taking prob 3 of these shakes a day with whole milk to get some callories in me.

    They are loaded with fillers and inferior ingredients. No difference between them and junk food. I would go with something more enjoyable and go to McDonald's a couple times a day over a 1980"s style weight gainer.

        Believe me I eat...posted a thread once on plateuing, laid out my diet and every one said I should be 250 lbs with amount of food I eat

          The only gainer I would ever buy would be Cyto Gainer.
          You can make you own though too. Just use a solid whey protein as your base,,mix it in some milk,,add yougurt, fruit, pice cream,,whatever you like. You will get a load of carbs, protein and some calories.

            I don't doubt you bro. Just don't get why you would want to go the route of old school weight gainer crap.

              I desperate...lol... I've tried eating Mc'D's one of my bulk cycles and still couldn't push past my plateu. Years ago back in high school weight gainer worked for me, every one thought I was juiced...I know their full of garbage but gotta try something. Let you know how I make out.
