  • Does anyone use a supp DURING their workout?

    I have never tried anything during a workout. I see alot of people drinking various things,some of which included Monster Energy which makes me laugh. Just curious if anone has anything or knows anything they think makes a legit difference?

    pre and post for me. i feel that training should be short and intense and then you feed the muscles you just worked. sort of like fueling a car while it is ripping down the road, dont make sense.

      When I'm on aas I drink vitargo during my workout. No caffiene. This is what my bb coach instructed me to do. The coach before that had me drink gatorade during my workout.

      I prefer gatorade. Grape flavored for wiggers like me.

        What was his reason for using Vitargo during the workout? Did it seem benefitial?

          To be completely honest, I am not sure why he had me drinking waxy maize(vitargo) during. I was not using insulin during this time so IDK if it was for glycogen replenishment, fuel, or strength. I didn't notice a huge difference between that and gatorade, but I notice a difference between drinking gatorade and water during a workout. Less fatigue, slight strength increase.

            I just drink my water/or green/black tea during training.
            Caffeine will begin to work 10-15 minutes after consumption

                  Yep, sure did. Took it after legs, then was out of the gym for 2 days with family visiting and running around and stuff. Back in there today - did 1 hour of cardio this morning. will do chest/tris right now, then take my shake, creatine and juice.

                    I just finished a bottle of Yoked by USP labs. I noticed increased endurance and a decent pump. I would use it again during OFF cycle periods.

                      I'll sometimes have Mbcaa during a workout, but usually have it post workout
