    I would only use it day you lift.
    it is to replenish muscles so if you dont use the muscles no need to replenish.

      Creatine has been proven in many studies to work.

      No need to cycle it or "load" it. Take on training days. That's it

          I also only take mine on the days I lift. But I also feel that when I take it ed, I perform better.

              i take 5mg of monohydrate when i lift post or pre doestnt seem to matter. bouncer recommended 5mg and it works for me to prevent execessive bloating

                jack you could try 2.5 before and 2.5 after to see if you notice anything different.
