    Besides anabolic steroids, what OTC supplements do you guys use to aid in speed of recovery? I must be getting older or something, but I'm not recovering as fast as I used to between workouts and that's just not acceptable. What have you tried that worked? What have you tried that didn't work?

    Related question, I guess...where's your favorite place to buy these sort of supplements...and if your answer is GNC, keep it to yourself! The place I was getting them went belly-up. Guess that's what happens when you sell it that cheap!

    Creatine, protein, multi vit..

    Are you saying you are on steroids and still having recovery issues? Because if so I am not sure supps will help. Maybe consider gh

      No, not on 'roids now. I considered gh, but I was thinking about trying some of the things that people claim help recovery like Vit E, CoQ10, ALA, proteolytic enzymes--just don't wanna waste bunch of time/money if the stuff don't work. I've been off creatine for a while too--I suppose I could go back on that and see if it helps.

          You mean l-glutamine and isn't the greatest supplements ever?! I know there's nothing like being on, but you can't be on all the time...and I anticipate being tested for a competition I'm entering, so I gotta stay off for now...not sure if I could get away with the gh either.

            Good thinking bro....good to come off. Not sure what supps I'd recommend. Are you just looking for an overall amino/protein/etc drink that refuels you?

              Not looking for a different drink necessarily--just anything else people have found that works to speed recovery that I can add to the basics...multi, whey, casein, bcaa, usuals. Should probably give creatine PWO a try again. Been getting it pre-workout from my NO/stimulant mix, but not been doing an PWO.

                Got it...never was into creatine but have used jacked...no explode and muscle pharm...I will always have a sweet spot for ephedra....casein protein I like but taste is kind of grainy... never took bcaa's.

                  yea a few grams creatine PWO what i do.

                    Antibiotic steroid leave the very bad effect for the body and its effects remains for the long period so never use such supplements which are also consist of the steroid matters.

                      i would suggest BCAA's and Glutamine. it has worked out well for me.

                          CREATINE,,GLUTAMINE,,MULTI VIT and a solid WHEY ISOLATE should do it.
                          And I also like Beta alanine ( i get a beta alanine/creatine mix)
