I got rid of mine like 6 months ago and replaced it with chicken and rice. All that "quick acting protein after a workout" looks good on paper but in my experience it has made no difference. if anything i look better now.

Which kind are you using? How many iu's? I'm running Humalog in a.m. and post workout. Up to 10iu's along w/700mgs sust ew.

I'm not using slin yet bro, I've set myself a target, I need to get at least sub 10% bodyfat before I even thing about using slin
I hear the dosage is 1iu per 10 kg bodyweight (22lb)
