      Arginine is supposed to open up blood vessels to help carry more blood to your muscles, so that you get better pumps and more muscle growth. Arginine is the main ingredient in the new Nitric Oxide supplements. 3 grams taken on an empty stomach before breakfast and 3 grams taken 30-60 minutes before exercise is the recommended dosage.
