The Anarchy Stack For Fat Loss

Anyone tried this yet? Its becoming a very popular stack, and its 100% all natural....

Im looking into it because stimulants (ephedrine, etc.) are beginning to ruin my sleep patterns and my job picks up quite a bit in a couple weeks. Im looking to drop ephedrine and maybe try this stack. Some mods & admins of other boards are blown away by its capabilities to shed body fat and retain or even gain a little muscle. I see a lot of online stores picking it up and adding it to their inventory..... anyway, here's what the stack looks like:

The stack includes:
ALCAR
ALA 250
Biotin
CLA
Green Tea Extract


If anyone's used this, please chime in, I know some are in the process of using it.....

i've heard this before, but can you explain excatly why ppl tout that biotin acts in a synergistic manner with ALA?? i'm taking biotin right now with flax see oil mainly for my hair, but when i told someone else that i was taking biotin, they asked if i was taking ALA or r-ALA with it.

not to thread jack, but i figured you'd have an explanation for me ;)

Both enantiomers of ALA interupt biotin dependent carboxylases. ALA depletes biotin levels in the cells.

If ALA is taken in large amounts, yes.

Both ALA and Biotin are co-factors in enzyme complexes. Both seperatley also affect insulin positivley.

The Anarchy Stack is the name of it. I believe it was born in Animal's Board (hence the name Anarchy Stack). Powernutrition was one of the first to carry the complete stack, now I believe several others do as well.

The stack is best suited on a carb based diet. The CLA is useless on CKD. I have used the ALA, ALCAR, biotin stack for about 6 weeks on CKD, lost about 2" on my waist with no scale decrease.

It seems like a month or two ago everybody was talking about the Anarchy Stack. Now hardly anybody talks about it. Where the hell is the feedback?
