i use a local brand made for the health store , but you guys need to compare the labels , does your vitamin have beta carotene as well as the cheaper vitamin a [ usually fish oil ] , look carefully at the vitamin e is it listed as [ d-alpha -tocopheryl ] or [dl-alpha-tocopheryl] , the d- version is a natural food based vitamin the dl- version is a byproduct of the petroleum industry:( , are most of the minerals chelates and citrates or a cheaper version ? also some cheaper vitamins use crappy fillers that arent easily broken down and your body cant digest the pill easily . sometimes the old saying is true [YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ]

Opti- Men from Optimum. I have read a few articles on "coated" vitamins. Sounds bad! Body not breaking down entirely. If they put a coating on a pill to prolong shelf life, seems like a legitimate worry!

Elan Vital multi by Sourcenaturals. It's a antioxitant formula that I take since my meds are very toxic.

One Source 50+ (because it doesnt contain iron)
or GNC womens vitamin w/o Iron
I can not absorb iron so it's pointless for me to take it :(
