    This seems to be the next big thing in pre-workout products. I have been using it for a couple of months. I mix it with ON amino energy about 30 min pre-workout. I have never used anything that makes me this vascular. Great pump, And its pretty cheap if you buy it on its on.

      Im deff impressed with agmatine. I take 1500 mg a day . From what Ive read timing is key though. I take 1000 mg solo and a half hr later slam a pre workout N.O booster. My second dose is before bed 500 mg

        I spilt mine 750 in the morning with breakfast. 1000 mgs pre workout. 250 during workout(it is in the BCAA's I am using)

          What BCAAs are you using?

          I've been using this for about a year and been very, very happy with it - although it only has 500mg of Agmatine in it. Have you tried using less of it - or is their a linear performance effect if you increase to those levels you are using?

            I am using BPI Best BCAA. It has 250mgs. then post I add a scoop of BPI leucine 250 mgs of agmatine also.30-45 min pre wkout Im taking 1000mgs of Iforce agmatine sulfate + Arnold Schwarzenegger Series iron Pump 1/2 scoop (this contains Agmatine in a blend. I take 500 mgs in the morning. I started with 500mgs pre workout. 1500-2500 seems to work best for me.I cant tell much more after 2000
