Gaspari amino last or Sizeon (also has creatine and otherstuff)

USN also do a good one. Me and a bunch of competitive bbers have been using them and swear by them. Im sure other brands work just fine but after training as a bber 20 years without ive certainly noticed a difference.

Don't waste your money. Amino acids (BCAA) are a complete waste for anyone who eats enough protein. Your body is supremely capable of creating all the AAs it needs. Generally studies purporting to show the benefits of BCAA supplementation only do this for people who don't take enough protein in the first place. The only bulking that BCAAs deliver is that of the wallets of the supplement industry shysters.

At the time I was experimenting, basically comprising my diet of wholr foods not shakes and then just dropping aminos in with my workout drink or occassionally through thr day if ifelt needed. It worked very well and I would recomend intra workout. Just takes some organization

I think it's preference or individual demands myself.
You may need to experiment what works best for you.

Agree, and i think just plain old monohydrate works the best for me personally. Ive tried all the various newfangled versions and have never been impressed. 600g of ON creatine monohydrate for under $20 lasts 2 months :thumb:
