    since YJ started a what kinda mult-v thread... torchy started a thread like this back on FAB....

    what's in YOUR pill box? what supps do you take every morning - how many pills a day?

    me:
    multi-v
    biotin
    flax seed oil cap
    birth control

    i'm definitely not a supplement queen :)

      1 Propecia
      4 Green Tea Extract
      2 Dymaterine Xtreme
      18 dessicated liver tablets
      4 Vitamin E gel caps
      3 Melatonin
      4 Saw Palmetto
      1 NAC

      1 scoop vitamin C powder
      2 tablespoons flax oil
      4 scoops 100% whey
      1ml (1000mcg) B12
      2 Scoops Syntrax Swole

      Thats my routine..... will be adding CLA, r-ala, biotin and Alcar to is soon...

        Depends weekday- Multi,Milk thistle, Ala, Pre workout Ephedrine+Caffine+ asprin.

        Weekend- same but a possible Xanax bar or 2, Klonopin.

          you take your melatonin in the morning? doesn't it make you sleepy during the day?

                  i like taking my multi-vites with dinner. also i use ecas' pre-workout or if i am dragging ass in the morning.

                          Morning:

                          1g Grean Tea Extract (4 caps @ 315mg each)
                          1 ephedra tab @ 325mg.
                          1 cap SAN Tight

                          2 scoops Syntrax Nectar in 1 cup spring water
                          2g vitamin c (8 chewable wafers)

                          Noon:
                          2g milk thistle
                          1g garlic extract
                          2g vitamin c

                          Before pre-workout meal:
                          1g Green Tea Extract
                          1 ephedra tab
                          200mg. Syntrax R

                          Post-Workout:
                          multi-vitamin pack (5 pills)
                          200mg Syntrax R
                          2 scoops Nectar in water
                          2g vitamin c

                          Before bed:
                          1g Usnic Acid, but I'm not on it anymore.. :)

                            you should throw in some glucosamine chrondoitin as your training progresses to help with the joints.
