  • Basic Supplements for a 35 year old

    Hi all, I am new here ...!!!

    My father is in the US and he wants to know if I want anything back.

    I asked him to bring me ZMA, GABA (sleep and concentration), a vitamin D & K complex, and fish oil.

    Do you guys recommend any other simple supplements that are effective for my health and training?

    Please help me.... I will be trying to gain some mass during these Year.

      Creatine and fish oil are proven in many reputable studies. If you are natty, I would not waste my money on anything else. If you get enough protein and eat lots of vegetables, you will be good. Preworkout of 200mg caffeine and carbs is as good as anything else.

      If you are looking for other things to counteract the deleterious effects of AAS, then others more knowledgeable may comment. Even there, I would ask the question "What am I trying to address with this particular supplement? " Just throwing in a bunch of things is rarely a good idea.
