    Good stuff. I'm looking for a new daily vitamin. Guessing you have to have a membership to order from costco online?

        I never use Amino's. Not sure where you got that.

        I tend to have zero appetite in the morning which is also my preworkout so I figured a scoop of whey mixed with my preworkout energy drink is the perfect solution.

          Oh, you said you weren't using shakes, I thought you meant you too were using amino's.

            Nope, no aminos. Get plenty of those in regular protein.

            The rest of the day is whole food meals. But I figured whey is better than skipping any protein at all in the morning.

              Nice pic man.


              My daily supp's include of course Whey protein,ZMA,Glutamine,and Arginine and Viagra.Daily multi vitamin of course and have been taking Chondroitin,Glucosamine & MSM for many yrs now to help with my joints.Its really helped.

              I drink a few shakes a day which include Casein before I go to sleep.

              I'll have to take some pics and post them up as well.

                In addition to whey protein (2 shakes per day), I take:

                One-a-day Multi Vitamin:



                Algae Omega Oil (vegetarian equivalent of fish oil):



                Other than that, just caffeine before working out.

                  I use no extra aminos most times either.
                  As you mentioned a quality brand whey will
                  be loaded with aminos.

                      Those any good? I always thought they got bad reviews but it's been a while since I researched multi's.

                        I've heard of One a Day's and Centrum referred to as bed pan bullets because they pass through the body nearly unabsorbed. Sometimes the lettering can even still be seen on the pills. Nurses and sewage plant workers see them all the time.

                          They are all like that. Uptake from vitamin pills is poor at best.

                            pill form the body only absorbs 10%

                            sublingual liquid vitamins the body will absorb about 50%

                              Solar and great makes such as this come with the additional minerals etc that the vitamin would come with in its natural form. This makes for much better absorption.

                              They are not all equal and generally you get what you pay for
