    In light of Bouncer's below post on 9 things to know..

    what supplements does everyone take?


    I have a few friends that are fiercely anti aas and take a cocktail of powders and pills.

    I'll go first

    whey protein powder
    casein custard powder
    themrogenic/pre workout type powder (take this very rarely)

              - PurePump pre workout
              - Pea Protein... why? It has all the essentials of whey without bloating/ upset stomach, etc. And it's cheaper/ better for you.
              - L-theanine... works amazing for focus/ chill composure. Goes great with Caffeine or a pre workout.
              - Fish oils

                pre-workout: nitric, beta-alanine, creatine
                during: BCAAs
                post-workout: whey, glutamine
                pre-cardio: l-carnitine
                before bed: ZMA, casein

                  I take trenbolone enanthate march and its best to build up strength and mass...i take 200 to 600 mg weekly depending on my requirements. I am using it from last 3 months and its working good for me. After ordering I got the delivery in just 9 days.

                    I am new to taking supplements, other than creatine and whey so I am still adjusting my supplements to see what is best for me but as of right now this is what I am taking:

                    -MuscleTech Platinum 100% L Carnitine: 500mg in the morning and with dinner
                    -MuscleTech Platinum CLA: 800mg in after breakfast, after lunch and after dinner
                    -NOW Green Tea Extract 400mg with breakfast
                    -NOW Alpha Lipoic Acid 250mg with breakfast
                    -1 a Day mens multivitamin with breakfast
                    -Natures Made Potassium Gluconate 500mg with breakfast
                    -NOW Digestive System V caps, one cap with every meal, so 6 caps.
                    -Fish oil 1200mg
                    -One scoop of ON 100% casein before bed
                    -One scoop before and after lifting of ON Platinum Hydro Whey
                    -4 scoops of Con Cret HCL before working out
