    Has anyone ever created their own pre-workout cocktail with raw materials?

    Debating on grabbing a couple of products from now foods and getting creative.

    Anything specifically that you think I should add in and why?

    PWO is far more important. Whey, creatine, dextrose or maltodextrin.

    Pre just a light meal of complex and fast acting carbs, some protein, and maybe a coffee.

      I agree with B

      I doubt its all that difficult I have no experience myself, friend made it and sold it. crazy how there's no regulations at all. It didn't sell well for whatever reason so he had a shed full of PWO lol.
