  • Natural cholesterol lowering suppliments

    At my last checkup my total cholesterol was 205. I just started taking tren which messes with lipids. I did a little research and here are the suppliments I have decided to take to lower my cholesterol.

    Spirulina
    Garlic oil
    Resveratrol
    Gymnema
    Red yeast extract
    Garlic oil

    All these suppliments are cheap and academic journal articles back up their effectiveness.

        Oh yeah, I forgot about fish oil. I started taking that shortly after I found out my cholesterol was high. CoQ10 I think I get enough of through the organ meats I eat.

          I didn't include compounds I get from my diet. Ribose, ursolic acid, l-carnitine, magnesium, pantethine, congugated linoleic acid, circumin, and cinnamon are all compounds I make sure I get enough of through diet. Those suppliments I cannot either get enough of through diet or only get through suppliment.

            I just checked out peptide zone and SR9009 seems pretty interesting. I will have to some some more research into it.

                I eat rolled oats multiple times a week with stevia and blueberries. I just didn't include it since its not a supplement.

                  Meats don't have enough Coq10.. you need at least 200mgs a day...
                  Trust me on this...
                  My BP has never been high with tren and I rarely take an AI

                        guy i know needed to get it down for a job or insurance purpose cant remember the reason.
                        all he ate was oatmeal and chicken for a month, it was amazing how far he got.
