          I gotta agree with ya on this. I couldnt hurt but if you get plenty of protein you should be fine. Read the nutritional makeup of the protien ie. vitamins and amino acids. I personally couldnt tell a difference. You may be different. Some people swear by them. Smae with supps like glutamine. Give it a try for a while and see if they work for you.

            I've just started using BCAA's and havent noticed any difference yet. But it couldnt hurt. Supposed to take them on an empty stomach with 30-60 min after a workout.

              BCAA's are old school ways of staying in a positive nitrogen balance. Just use a good quality whey protein if you are going to use supplemental protein around your meals. They will have the three necessary BCAAs already in them. You may want to also consider using a whey cassein blend or eating cottage cheese at bedtime to help slow down digestion while you sleep.
