A preworkout booster. It is basically ECA stack in shake form. Ive used it. I like stacker 3 personally. No it is not illegal although I believe it has been taken off the market. There are other versions out there.

Ephedrine is not illegal. You can still buy it in gas stations, on the internet just about anywhere. It just has a bad rap. Most supplemet comanies shy away from it now because stupid people abuse it and it harms them. It is however banned by most professional and college sports. If I am wrong it is news to me because I stop a couple of times a week and buy Stackers or a bottle of ephedrine.

Alabama. It is easy to find here you can get it at any gas station, even wal mart. Try e-bay or powernutrition. Ephendrine that is not U.O.
