OD on Creatine??

no shit, a friend of mine got very sick and ran fever was severly dehydrated, turned red a his blood pressure was through the roof. He went to the hospitol and they did a blood test. They used a word that started with ceati... (wich ment creatine) to descibe it, and said the levels of this was extremly high. I dont think he was doing it right. I have never heard of any other case of this and I still use it. I think if you use most supplements in excess of not as/abuse them they are potentally dangerous. If you use them they way they are supposed to be used they should be safe. With this being said I believe creatine to be one of the safest.Just use 5-10 g ed. and drink plenty of water and you shouldnt have anything to worry about.
