Mixing Creatine???

creatine wont mix..i bought some for the hell of it jsut to fuck around with but i can never get it to mix with anything..an sugestions.ive tried milk...water..nitro tech..but i can never seem to get it mixed up....thanks ppl..

Just use water and dextrose. Stir it up and immediately drink it. Wash a little more water around in the cup and drink it. You wont get it dissolved. You have to just drink. You could also use grape juice.

Yeah, creatine monohydrate in and of itself cannot really be absorbed without an insulin spike. Hence, the need to mix it with dextrose or grape juice or by buying it already mixed with sugary transport systems. If you are looking to try to control your sugar intake and want to insure the uptake of your creatine, just buy an insulin mimicker like Alpha Lipoic Acid and take it when you take your creatine. You will get a "fake" insulin response in order to uptake the creatine without your pancreas being involved.
