I bought a 3 pound tub of it. Great tasteing stuff. Im so sick of all the same flavors. Fuzzy navel is a citrus mix type of flavor. Kind of tropical tasting, like a mahi tai or something. i take two scoops with water per shake and its just plain good. NO carbs , no fat. Amazing stuff. TRy it.

Yes, but Nectar is whey protein isolate, which runs more than regular 100% whey. Speaking of the Fuzzy Navel flavor, while I do not generally like strawberry and other "fruity" protein flavors, the Fuzzy Navel is easily the best tasting protein I have ever tried--and I have had quite a few of them. My wife, who is not a protein drinker, has taken to using it in place of her morning "Tang." That is actually OK with me, since she needs more protein in her diet.Originally posted by sana

I use Nectar for my post-workout shake, along with carbs and creatine.. The fuzzy navel flavor tastes the best, maybe even better than apple.. :)Comment
