How much omega 3 do you take a day, and what brands do you guys like?

i get my fish oil from costco. kirkland brand.



i take 6 caps a day split up with meals.

here's the important part most people don't usually understand. each capsule of most fish oil says "1000mgs" so people assume each cap has 1000mgs of omega 3. it's not the case. in most brands, of that 1000mg cap, only 250mgs is the actual good shit you want. so 6 caps a day actually = 1500mgs of actual omega 3. the average joe usually gets this confused and ends up taking only 1 or 2 caps a day which does pretty much nothing.
