with methyl 1 test, im going to take 20 mgs and 200 mg of 4 ad a day, is it best to break up the 20 mgs into 2 different doses or should i take both pills at the same time? and when is the best time to take them, an hour b4 working out, or doesn't it matter?

I would split them up so you keep your levels constant throughout the day.

Im not sure but I am going to do a cycle in about 2 weeks. I am planning to do 10 mgs in the morning, 10 pre workout ( about 4:30)

that sounds pretty good. have u heard if the 4 derm, the transdermal 4ad from 1 fast 400.com is sufficient? and i think im gonna bump up my dosage of 4ad to 400 mg a day
