For the past few weeks I've been thirsty constantly. I drink water all day long, a good 10-12 glasses at least. Then at night, I have to keep a bottle of water next to the bed cuz I wake up 5-6 times a night with freakin cotton mouth and have to drink more. Any ideas as to why? I'm just finishing up a 4 week cycle of S1+, drink 3 protein shakes a day and 10g of creatine post workout, if that's any help...
