    I'm finishing up a 4 week cycle of S1+ and am going to start on 6 OXO. I noticed considerable strength and size gains while on S1+, I gained a solid 15 lbs. I plan on keeping my diet the same, 6 meals a day (3 liquid 3 regular), ~2500-3000 calories with around 200- 250g of protein, moderate carbs and low to moderate fats. What kind of changes will there be in results when coming off of S1+ and on to 6 OXO? More improvement? Less improvement? Any difference? Just curious what to expect I guess...

    up your fat intake a bit, especially saturated fats, should help testosterone levels recovery optimally.
