supplement companies dont lobby with as much strength and $ as tobbacco. sucks, hundreds and hundred of millions of dollars are spent anually on smoking related medicade claims in the USA. who pays for these smokers medical bills they brought on themselves? we do. ephedra isnt the problem its our fucking greedy ass government. elected officials demonize somthing then kill it to make them look like they are fighting for the american people. straight bullshit.

The supplement industry & tobacco are no where near comparable. If you ban tobacco, youre dropping hundreds of thousands of jobs, their would be an economical crisis.
