Yeah, these guys know their stuff don't they? :)

I tried Cell Tech a few years ago and used it for a about 1-1/2 months. The loading phase can cause abdominal cramping and diarhrea. Psyko was right about not having to load but I think that the standard maintenence dosage (5 grams a day) only takes about 2 weeks to load. You will get somewhat bloated and your muscles will lack definition but it all goes away at the end of the cycle. Personally, I don't like the let down from the insulin spike you get after ingestion. You can make your own generic Cell Tech using the exact same ingredients much cheaper. It's too overpriced to buythe name brand stuff. You could use that money elsewhere to gain mass- on good food. Good luck.

There is absolutely no need to load. Take creatine with 25-30 grams of a sugar base (gatorade, apple juice, grape juice) and the insulin spike will help the creatine be digested or transported into the body. Don't use orange juice, grapefruit juice or an acidic juice as this will break down the creatine and make it unusable.

The loading phase recommended on the containers is just a way for manufacturers to get you to use more than you need.

          Recommended dosage:

10g with a sugar base 2 times a day (morning and post workout) for those trying to add SOME mass

10g with a sugar base 2 times a day (morning, pre workout and post workout) for those trying to add MAJOR mass gains (bodybuilders, etc)
