Creatine loses its potency after being dissolved in water for awhile. Chances are there is no available creatine left in liquid creatine by the time it first hits the store shelves, let alone later. Several labs have run analyses on it and proven it to be essentially worthless. This information has also been printed in various bodybuilding magazines.

about ten minutes after being immersed in water, creatine becomes creatinine, (read this a few days ago actually) which is useless to your body. make your own creatine mixture and save yourself from buying the water they mix it with, and the shipping to haul a heavier product. gotta love free tap water : )

hehehe, not sure what base the product uses, i haven't read the product label, but i can think of few things that it could be mixed in that i would want to drink, it's obviously not gonna be mixed with alcohol, oil would just be disgusting, and anything else fat based would throw off most dietary plans. read the label and see what it says?
