    Throwing this out there, weed as a preworkout???? Just like to gets some thoughts on it. Improved concentration and focus????

    I would stick to 50g of carbs and a caffeine pill myself.

        I smoke before i lift or run, like i literally hit the bong in my truck and go into the box.

        I've done it without, just not the same.


        I run my 3 miles in 23mns, i lift etc... No issue what so ever.

              I have noticed, however, if I get too stoned I bail out and go home. So I gotta keep it to a one hitter maybe a two hitter.

                The reason behind the question is because thought it was going to be a relaxing Saturday night but found my at the gym and had one of the most crushing session that I hadn't had in years. Now granted if I were going after some pr's maybe not so much. I don't think the heavy one rep weights would be wise, but it just seemed I had more focus on the movements in a regular workout.

                    Yes its a stellar work out given the right amount of highness. Locked in like no other. One hitter and a fat dip for me. Greatness

                            I can make a 1/4 last 3 weeks. 4 if I stretch it. I'm a one hit and quit kinda guy. This new weed fukcs me up way too much to smoke like that. I miss Reggie bud
