  • Rado had a Pretty Serious Training Accident - No Joke

    I usually take these types of opportunities to make fun of the ole fella but this time I can't bring myself to do it. He has other pics and info that he will post so I will let him give you the details but long story short he somehow tore muscles and tendons in BOTH arms and needs immediate surgery.

    Can't imagine injuring both arms at the same time. You'll be back in no time brother.

    No joke that combo works wonders.

    Had my share of injuries and have just come to accept my body isn’t what it was in my 30s

    i can still do whatever but it takes more prep and given I prefer to spend less time in the gym these days I just go high rep now when I do

      Yea i ruptured my tricep tendons on each arm. I need to edit MRI images and such. I'll post later more but i appreciate the kind words nigg...the chances of these types of injury are super rare. Go figure.

      Surgery is for the 13th of November, yes bitches i know... it's Fri the 13th lol

                          You can easily be warmed up or not and the injury will come. But yes i was warmed up and working into a third set of clean press. I never go over 225lbs as
