    It's not uncommon to get bigger and not stronger.. You can also get stronger without getting bigger, it's all dependent on training techniques, routine types, and diet/rest..

    I don't max out, so I could care less if I can't get 335 for 3 anymore.. I'm just worried about getting my squat over 500.. ;)

      How is that....that you can get stronger but not bigger..Cause I know this kid who can deadlift a ton but it soo small...How do they trainl....Then I know another guy who barley can lift much weight who is HUGEEEE!!!!......

        By eating right. the smaller guy prolly gets more protein then the bigger guy who is most likely new to lifting.

          Nice post man, didnt think 20 sets was overtraining. i do 15-17 sets for chest once a week and im a natty
