does anyone have any suggestions for increasing vascularity (both growth, and the appearance thereof)? besides losing more bodyfat i've also researched and heard of numerous suggestions including use of PH/AAS, high volume reps to increase bloodflow, dehydration etc. . . while always wanting to increase mass, i seriously also just want to have veins everywhere, be a phlebotomists wet dream, i wanna look like i've having an aneurysm w/ a pulsing forehead when i get pissed, bruce banner like shit! i'm sure this sounds stupid to many of you, but when i think of a ripped & built body i associate mass, definition and vascularity equally!
