Un fotuneatly there is no magic we can pull to help you out here.
I'm not being meen here just honest.
If you are serious you'll find the time.
My wife and I both work 12 + hours a day and still find time to work out and spend with each other. Get your self some Tea-Bo or other kind cardio workout tape. I've done the Tea-Bo 20 min tape on rainy days when I couldn't go running and it really works well. It kicked my ass the first time I did it.

More important is going to be your diet. I'm willing to bet with your schedule you just grab something quick when ever you can. 2 maybe 3 times a day? You need to make sure you are eating 5 to 6 small clean meals a day that consist of some clean protein like chicken, fish or lean beef and a fiberous carb like vegies.

Post up an average days meals and lets see how far off I am and see if we can help you clean it up.

yeh, i remember back during football season id wake up at 5, go to school til 3, practice til around 6-7, then hit the gym. but unless you can find a place thats open late, or get your own equipment, there's not much you can do.

peanut butter and jelly sandwhich for breakfast. 6" tukey (mustard, black olives, lettuce, tomatoes) and chips or a happy meal for lunch. whatever my honey wants for diner. He can eat anything. I hate to cook so Hamburger helper with vegies, spegatti with texas toast and veggies, pork chops mac and cheese and veggies (see the pattern). Just a couple of cookies (everyday).

ok only since last week yep one full week:
oatmeal for breakfast, non fat youguart for snack, tuna with one teaspoon mayo and applesause on the side for lunch, salad (with cucumber, apple, raisins, green pepper, egg, black olive, celery, cheese, carrots) and a very little of whatever is for diner and pudding for snack.

I do love fruits and veggies but I love almost everything else too espcially sweets and HATE to cook.

also does it matter when you exersice am vs pm or just make sure you do it? and is it true something a couple times a day is the same as one straight through session?

depends on what it is you're doing. what you're trying to do is stay at about 65% of your target heart rate (220 minus your age) you should try to do cardio 1st thing in the a.m. if you can. good sources of protein are fish, chicken, lean meats, powders. if you have a question about your diet go to the nutrition area and ask for a good cutting up diet.
