Anyone have this workout laying around? It's from the September 1999 issue of FLEX...I had it forever but I think it ended up getting tossed...I'd like to take a look at it again if anyone has it.....

i got a boatload of FLEXs, but not from 99. some of those workouts are bogus though.

I had tried the workout back in college and from what I remember it seemed to work pretty well as far as gaining size and strength in my chest...And that's kind of what I'm looking for again so I thought maybe I'd go back and try it out again, only to remember I tossed it out...
