  • Bench Day???

    Hey everyone,

    Last night I was going to go in and just do some tricep and shoulder work, but well you know a bunch of guys I like lifting with were there and they were all benching, so it motivated me to do the same. Before I begin, here are a few stats:

    Age- 29(soon to be 30)
    Height--6'4"
    Weight--- 209

    Physical "drawbacks":

    Long Arms
    Long Legs(hence the 6'4" height)LOL

    Here's what went down:

    Bench

    135x7
    175x3
    205x3
    235x2x3

    Skull crushers

    65x8x3

    Pushdowns

    65x8
    80x8
    100x8

    Shoulder Press

    80x6
    90x6
    100x6

    DB Shoulder Press

    35x6
    40x6
    40x6

    The 235 was a deffinite PR and felt great to get. Next week on the cylcle is 245x3x3(hoe it goes as well as this week)
