    What are some good excersizes for the interior head of the tricep?

    skull crushers, roman chair dips (seated dip machine)

      close grip bench press (hands about 10 inches apart, any closer and you could injury your wrists) and keep elbows tucked in throughout the movement, that should hit your inner head nicely.

        reverse grip bench on the smith machine. put your hands out wide so it forces your elbows to stay close to your body.
