  • Deadlift!

    For the people would deadlif, do you do it every back day or every once in a while..I do it one week then I dont' do it the next. What bout you all?

          I train it once a week on one of my back workouts. And the other day I do light Straight Leg deads or Good Mornings.

              i did them every back day for years, but my back just can't take it anymore. i've ruptured a couple disks and actually had surgery to fix my l5/s1. when i do them lately i pay for it for 4 or 5 days. it's just not worth the pain anymore.

                            Stiff leg DL's are great for hamstring development! one of the best ham movements out there imo...

                              I was speaking of regular deadlifts. I was talking to someone who does them on a regular basis in their leg routine...What do you guys think about that?
