someone that does regular deads during their leg workouts? The only reason i can see this is that this does include some leg and it hits the lower back. Peronsally Wednesday is a leg day for me and I dead on tuesday so for the past 2 weeks I haven't done legs and I won't until I get used to deads. I would like to see this person's split and when they actually do back

I do deads with a trap bar (hex bar) 2-3 times/week. One of those days is a heavy day. On the light day(s) I also do leg presses. I always finish deads with as many pull ups as I can. Using the trap bar saves your shins and puts less stress on the lower back which is the main reason I use it.
