      Yea,

      Left out tri's cause elbows were starting to get sore. Just did bi's to get some blood in there. Any suggestions are welcome...

          Normall, I would dp chest,shoulders, and tri's, but then I started to get extremely sore elbows, so I cut out the tris and do them on a speed work day. This is pretty much the schedule:

          MON---LEGS/LOWER BACK/ABS
          WED---CHEST/SHOULDERS/TRIS
          FRI-----LEGS SPEED WORK/LOWER BACK/ABS/DEADS
          SAT----CHEST SPEED WORK/BIS

          Let me know what you guys think. Tonight I have to DL and my right quad is still tight as hell from the shot from Wed. It's a bitch going up and down stairs. I've been applying heat all night to it to try to loosen it up.

            IMO buddy, instead of taken a day off after a day of training , just split what you do now. . for example....
            mon----legs,--abs
            tues----back--abs
            wed---chest ---, abs
            thur---shoulders ---abs
            i dont know what your chest and back speed work is but u can do that friday if its beneficial ???
            thats just my opinion though ;]
