Try some db lat rows, seated rows, lat pull and reverse flys...that should work

set up a smith machine so the bar is about 3 to 3.5 feet off the floor, put a mat under it, and lie down on it facing up. grasp the bar, and w/ your ankles staying on the floor pull yourself up to the bar. i alternate b/w under & overhand grips. this allows me to start pulling my body upwards at an angle that's mostly flat, so my biceps don't take over. as i get closer to the bar, i'm further from being horizontal, my ankles will slide on the floor up towards the rest of my body, and i'm fighting both the friction of my ankles dragging, and my body weight, a nice pull from several directions if i keep my body perfectly straight. that's allowing me to put on a decent spread as of late, but gets some weird looks too : ) just think of it as a reverse pushup with a few added quirks.

I like the reverse pushup idea. I'll work it into my program for a few weeks and see how it works...................Thanks

Yeah, after a while try putting your feet up on a stability ball, it will improve your core muscles, and it makes it pretty tough too.

hmmm... i like the stability ball idea, i'll lose the friction from my feet dragging, but can mix it in for some variety, knowing me though the ball will roll half-way across the gym b/w sets when i'm lying down... : )

it works pretty good after a while try lifting one leg in the air with the other on the ball, it's pretty tricky.
