what up guys.. can anyone inform me on which exercises i should do to get that cut in the beginning of my bicep, by the forearm.. mine right now is fat..

21's are when you do a bicep curl 3 differnt ways, 7 each way, obviously equaling 21. First you curl half way up for 7 reps, then bring the bar up to shoulder length and curl half way down for 7 reps, then do full bicep curls for the last 7. Gives you a nice burn each time increase the weight, I've found it to be the only way to give my bi's a good burn.
