    Hey guys, I need a bit more chest on the lower part of the chest. Im not currently doing cardio and know if i get rib of the stomach, the pecs would stand out more. Can I do DECLINE(HEAVY SETS) to increase lower chest mass. All im doing in incline, flat, and flies recently but want more of the defined part?:cool:

    to get definition you will need to drop bodyfat. I would ditch the declines as the range of movement is too small. work on dips instead. dips will bring your chest up.

      yep weighted dips work wonders for lower chest. just make sure you arch your back when doing the movement to emphasize your chest during the movement
