should i eat immediatly after doing cardio?... and before i work out..u think it would be ok to do about 10 minutes of a slow walk to get my heartrate up..so i can mabye burn fat a bit better while training

If your goal is fat loss then, no, do not eat right after completing your cardio. I like to wait 30-60 minutes to allow the fat burning induced by the cardio to continue. (Although it will continue after you eat but at a much lesser degree).
Also, I'm not sure 'a slow walk' would burn much fat. It would be ok to do but more or less as a warm-up.
