    What are some exercises that you guys do to target the side of your chest. almost the underarm portion, I do alot of chest exercises, but I mostly feel it in the middle portion of the pecks.

      flys.... incline flys....

      wide grip bench.

      wide pushups

        fyi you really cant change the shape of your chest.... that is all genetic..

        you can only make it bigger, and reduce fat around it with diet and cardio.

          Oh yea, for the outter edge do flys. I always feel it there when I do them.
