ok i have been frequenting this site for the past year but havent posted much,so here it goes.
i am:5ft 11",220lbs,9%bf training around 11 years off and on.currently on cycle.
i have always divided my body over 5 days,sometimes 5 on 2 off or 3 on 1 off 2 on 2 off style of training,around 9 work sets for smaller bp and around 12-14 bigger bp.i feel i am at a platue at the moment and i am keen to try a completly differant style of training such as dc training,seem to be quite a few people raving about it.
what do you think about it? and how do you acheive the workout without a partner?(rest pause etc)i have 8 weeks left of this cycle and desperate for another 10-15lbs(granted my diet is correct)
