I was just wondering how much weight you guys are losing each night, on average?
I lose anywhere from 1.5-3 lbs, depending on how much I piss in the morning, and how much I can eat before bed.
Any tips on losing less? Oh, and if it helps I have a very high metabolism.
It really pisses me off, it seems like it's the only thing keeping me from bulking up. I can gain 3 lbs in a day, but then I wake up in the morning and it's fuckin' gone...
