    What's the quickest way of loosing fat? I have some problems with it and I'm afraid that if my muscles start to grow, it won't be visable...:(

    It's shameful but when I bend over my skin gets all"wrinkled" Y'know what I mean? I dont know how to describe it... Basically I'm too fat and that's the problem... HELP MUCH APPRECIATED

    How often do you do cardio, and whats your diet look like?

      what's your bodyfat percentage? everyone's skin is going to wrinkle to an extent, but it's a long way from having rolls and all.

          Rolls...thats the word I've been looking for :( Well I dont know my body fat % how do I measure it? Right now i don't do cardio at all.. I only lift my 12 kilo weights... Can you give me any cardio excersise?

            go to the search button for the board and type in 'HIIT,' or high intensity interval training. it sux, it hurts, and it makes you burn fat like crazy. more important in my opinion though is diet, go to the nutrition forums and read back as far as you can until your eyes are bloodshot, they cover a lot of theory and techniques, and writing them all down here would be far too large an endeavor to take on without being paid for it : ) lastly, you said you wanted to lose fat fast, unfortunately, most fast ways of weight loss result in you gaining it back afterwards. realize that it's a healthy LIFEstyle you have to choose, and that it may take a while to undo the damage and excess taken on. in my case it took me a year before i wanted to run around w/o a shirt on, but now that i'm at that point i'm never going to go back. best of luck

                yeah do that or just get to the gym and hop on a treadmill or eliptical

                  Yeah, gym is my option too... I'll just have to get some funds first y'know :) I really don't mind a physical effort as long as I have sb to talk to during the porocess. I'll try to take some buddies of mine too.

                    one more thing. I head that one guy wrapped himself in a plastic foil to prevent air from reachng his body, and started excersising.
                    Is sweating a good way of loosing fat, coz I'm kinda puzzled now...

                      Agh, thats just loosing water weight...no don't listen to that stuff. My brother last year thought he was loosing weight by going to the sauna everyday. Basically all their doing is dehydrating themselves. In an intense workout you can loose 4-5 lbs of water weight, which you need to replenish. No that's all kinda crap..do'nt listen to it. Water weight is not the weight your are trying to loose, your trying to loose body fat, so just stick to the cardio and drink as much water as you can while working out and you will be fine.

                        yeah meat12 is rite you dont want 2 loose water you want 2 loose fat, worrie about water when (IF) you compete

                              someone also got really sick doing that plastic wrap crap method.. he was training at the gym and was wrapped up under his clothes..body was covered up...pores could not breath.. passed out rushed to hospital.. ther is no magic trick.. you need a steady CLEAN diet and cardio man.. there is no reason unless you have a screwed up thyroid that you can loose 15lbs a month..possibly more
